Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Pre-order items will be shipped on the date specified in the product details.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • We use Canada Post to calculate real-time shipping rates at checkout.

     

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided directly by Canada 

  • Post based on your location.

     

  • Available shipping options may include:

    • Expedited Parcel
    • Xpresspost
    • Priority Mail
    • Lettermail (if applicable, no tracking available)

Local Pickup (If Applicable)

  • Customers can choose to pick up their orders at an upcoming AO race or Halifax Hares weekly run.
  • An email confirmation will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at AllOutTrailRacing@gmail.com.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
